The Challenge
Saadi Cement required complete E&I infrastructure for their new cement manufacturing facility. The project involved complex multi-zone integration across crushing, sampling, and stacking operations; high-capacity power distribution with multiple transformer ratings; hazardous area requirements for fuel oil handling; and tight timeline with minimal production disruption during phased commissioning.

Our Solution
IESPK delivered turnkey E&I implementation with phased execution: Multi-tier transformer installation (1600/630/250 KVA) with built-in redundancy; Explosion-proof instrumentation for hazardous zones; Complete MCC panels, distribution boards, and cable infrastructure; Motor control centers for crushers and stackers; HT/LT switchgear and protection systems. All installations compliant with IEC standards and Pakistan Engineering Council regulations.
