The Challenge
MPCL required complete E&I infrastructure for a greenfield processing facility handling Low BTU Gas from multiple reservoirs (Goru-B, Tipu, HRL). The project involved transforming barren land into a fully operational gas processing plant with specialized safety requirements for hazardous area classification, remote location logistics, and integration of multiple reservoir feeds into a unified processing system.

Our Solution
IESPK delivered comprehensive turnkey E&I solutions including: Complete area lighting distribution boards with custom supports and stands; Interim panels for Tipu reservoir integration; Power and instrumentation cable trays, conduits, and junction boxes engineered for hazardous areas; Instrument stands, Fire & Gas detector stands, and PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm) poles throughout the facility. All installations met ATEX/IECEx requirements for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
