Our Process
How we deliver Field Calibration
Work Order Creation
Calibration work order is created in your maintenance management system (SAP PM, Maximo, etc.) and automatically sent to Beamex CMX calibration software.
Procedure Selection
CMX software selects the associated calibration procedures based on instrument database and compliance requirements.
Data Transfer to Calibrator
Device information and calibration procedures are sent to documenting calibrator (MC6) or tablet with bMobile app.
Field Calibration Work
Technician performs calibration at the instrument location. Calibrator automatically documents as-found/as-left readings.
Automatic Result Documentation
Calibration results, pass/fail status, and adjustments are automatically recorded with timestamps and technician ID.
Data Sync & Work Order Closure
Results transfer back to CMX for storage, certificates generated, and work order digitally closed in CMMS.
