Sales Engineer - Instrumentation

About the Role

Drive sales of instrumentation products and solutions in Punjab region. Build relationships with industrial clients and promote IESPK's portfolio of international principals including Siemens, ABB, and Emerson.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Punjab industrial market
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Prepare technical proposals and quotations
  • Coordinate with principals for product specifications and pricing
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of technical sales experience in industrial automation
  • Strong understanding of process instrumentation products
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships in Punjab industrial sector
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • MBA or sales certification
