Project Manager - EPC

About the Role

Lead EPC projects for process industries from conception to commissioning. Manage multi-disciplinary teams and ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for instrumentation and electrical EPC projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
• Oversee procurement, fabrication, and construction activities
• Ensure HSE compliance and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets and report on financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, or Chemical preferred)
• 8-12 years of experience with minimum 4 years in project management role
• Proven track record of delivering EPC projects in process industries
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent business qualification
• Experience with international clients or joint ventures
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
